At Estef Nails and Spa we are committed to giving every client a professional, comfortable, and safe experience. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or is disrespectful to our staff or other clients.

 

During your service

 

• If there is anything you don’t like (color, shape, length, or design), please tell us during the service so we can fix it immediately.

• For major or elaborate custom work, ask for the exact price ahead of time — complex services may require additional time and cost.

 

 

Post-service fixes & refunds

 

• If your nails become damaged after your appointment, we will help fix them at no cost within 48 hours, depending on the issue.

• After 48 hours, we will evaluate the problem to determine the cause; a new service fee may apply.

• All sales are final for services performed. We do not refund payments for services already completed. If you believe a charge was incorrect, please speak with management before leaving the salon.

 

 

Behavior & safety

 

• Disrespect, aggressive behavior, or offensive language will not be tolerated.

• Extreme or violent behavior will result in immediate action and the police will be called if necessary.

• If you must bring children, they must be supervised and kept close to you at all times.
